Before you commit.

Do I need to take all five certifications?
No. Each cert is standalone and credentials a specific job role. Most people start with WCE (Editor) or WPS (Elementor) for fast wins, then layer WCA or WCD as their career deepens. The bundle exists for people who want to credential themselves as a full-stack WordPress professional.
What's the difference between Knowledge Pillars and Certiport?
Knowledge Pillars develops the exams and runs the ARK testing platform. Certiport is the global distribution and proctoring network owned by Pearson VUE. You buy through Certiport (via Commsgate), sit the exam through the Knowledge Pillars ARK platform, and receive credentials from both bodies.
What's included in the bundle vs the voucher?
Each spoke page breaks this down for the specific certification. In short: a single voucher buys you one exam attempt. The bundle gives you exam + practice test + curriculum access for a meaningful discount. Full pricing lives on each spoke page.
How long do I have to use a voucher once I buy it?
Standard Certiport voucher validity is 12 months from date of issue. We send the voucher code to your email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You schedule your exam through the Knowledge Pillars platform at your own pace.
Can I take the exam from home, or do I need to come to a test centre?
Both options are available. Remote proctoring is included — you'll need a quiet room, a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a laptop or desktop running the latest version of Chrome. Phones and tablets aren't supported. Alternatively, schools and colleges can run the exams in their own classrooms with a qualified proctor.
What if I fail the exam?
You can retake. Standard Certiport retake policy applies — typically a 24-hour wait between the first and second attempt, then a 14-day wait for further attempts. A retake voucher is required for each new attempt; we'll route you to the right product when you contact us.
Are the certifications recognised by employers in Zimbabwe and the region?
Knowledge Pillars credentials are vendor-neutral, globally recognised, and ISO 9001 / 42001 certified. They're carried under the Certiport / Pearson VUE umbrella — the same body behind Microsoft Office Specialist, Adobe Certified Professional, and Cisco CCST. Employers worldwide recognise that umbrella, and your digital badge displays the issuer on every share.
